Jackson is a three-star prospect (Rivals) and rated the No. 73 player in the state of Georgia. He had listed scholarship offers from Wake Forest, Maryland, West Virginia and Iowa, among others.

Jackson indicated that he received the Tech offer Sunday, and said that his decision was “crystal clear.” He is listed at 6-foot-1 and 216 pounds.
