Quarterback Conner Manning is not starting for Georgia State on Saturday against UT Martin after suffering an injury in practice Thursday.

Backup Aaron Winchester is replacing Manning behind center for the Panthers (1-5, 1-2 Sun Belt). In the first game of the year against Ball State, Winchester dispelled Manning late in the game and led GSU on a scoring drive in their 31-21 loss to open the season. He picked up 59 rushing yards, including a 13-yard touchdown scramble, and 32 passing yards in the contest.
