Baseball fans start #ThingsHealthierThanTheMets during Braves, Mets game

With the news of New York Mets’ pitcher Noah Syndergaard being pushed back in the pitching rotation due to bicep soreness, baseball fans took to Twitter to create a new hashtag.

#ThingsHealthierThanTheMets appeared on Twitter shortly before the Braves and Mets game began on Thursday afternoon.

The Braves beat the Mets 8-2 on Wednesday night.

In the bottom of the fourth on Thursday’s game against the Braves, Mets’ Yoenis Céspedes hit a double and pulled his hamstring. Céspedes needed help limping off the field which only added fuel to the fire burning on Twitter.
