Atlanta United’s Josef Martinez was named the MLS player of the week after he scored three goals in last week’s 6-1 win over Minnesota United.

It was the first hat trick in the league this season.

Martinez scored in the third, 27th and 75th minute.

Atlanta United will host Chicago on Saturday.
