UN votes to condemn US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

Dec 21, 2017The U.N. General Assembly voted in favor Thursday of a resolution that implicitly condemned President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, despite the president's threats to cut funding to countries that oppose his decision.
