It wasn't enough that Atlanta's bridges are collapsing and highways buckling. On Thursday afternoon, officials evacuated a southbound MARTA train after a fire broke out on the way to the North Avenue Station, according to Channel 2 Action News. Witnesses told Channel 2 smoke was seen in one of the train cars.

Considering how Atlantans reacted after the last traffic disaster, this incident seemed to inspire a similar feeling. Some people couldn’t believe this was happening again:

Others just wanted everyone to stay safe.

Some people reported being around the smoke.

It’s not an easy situation for any of the commuters involved.
