A pipe failure will close a portion of Rockwood Drive until Nov. 14 while crews work.

The 48-inch corrugated metal pipe has failed, causing the road to settle, according to the Cobb County Department of Transportation.

Crews will install a new 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe. They will also fortify the area and repave the road.

Rockwood will be closed from Jamerson Road to Gray Rock Drive.
