Veterans get outfitted on bikes at the Evergreen Resort in Stone Mountain Park, Thursday, March 28, 2013. On Friday and Saturday, as many as 50 veterans who suffered wounds while fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan will take to the roads in and around Atlanta. The rides are organized by the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit created to help injured service members return to society. With each mile, organizers hope, the veterans will slowly recover the trauma they suffered in service to their country.
