Actor and comedian Ricky Harris, perhaps best known for his skits on Snoop Dogg albums, died at age 54.

George Michael "passed away peacefully" Sunday, Dec. 25, his publicist said. He was 53.

Golf legend Arnold Palmer died at the age of 87 in his hometown of Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Actor Gene Wilder, best known for his roles as the titular character in "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory" and in various Mel Brooks films, died on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016. He was 83.

Evangelical pastor and best-selling author Tim LaHaye died Monday in a San Diego area hospital, days after suffering from a stroke. He was 90 years old.

Dennis Green, a trailblazing coach who led a Minnesota Vikings renaissance in the 1990s and also coached the Cardinals, died July 21, 2016, from cardiac arrest. He was 67. (AP Photo/Matt York, File)

Singer Christina Grimmie died after she was shot on Friday, June 10, 2016, after a performance in Orlando, Florida. Grimmie, 22, first gained popularity on YouTube. In 2014, she placed third on“The Voice,” a singing competition.

George Martin, the legendary producer known as the "fifth Beatle" for his work with the Fab Four, has died at age 90, Billboard reports.

Nancy Reagan the former first lady has died at 94, The Associated Press confirmed March 6, 2016.

Author Pat Conroy whose best-selling novels drew from his own sometimes painful experiences and evoked vistas of the South Carolina coast and its people, has died at age 70.

Joey Martin Feek died March 4, 2016, her manager said. Feek, who had been diagnosed with cancer two years ago, died at home in Indiana.

Harper Lee, the elusive author whose "To Kill a Mockingbird" became an enduring best seller and classic film with its child's-eye view of racial injustice in a small Southern town, died Feb. 18. She was 89.
