Just before 8 a.m. Thursday, a 17-year-old girl was walking to the bus stop when a white sedan pulled up alongside her, Fresno police Lt. Mark Hudson told The Fresno Bee. The car had a police-type push bar on the front end and holes in the roof where lights may have previously been.

“You are perfect,” the man driving the car reportedly told the girl. “I’ll take you to school.”

The girl avoided the man and reported the incident when she got to school.

Further details aren’t currently available. Fresno police ask anyone with information on the incident to contact them.
