Wondering what will become of your MARTA commute when the winter storm descends on Atlanta? Best to keep checking back.

MARTA spokeswoman Alisa Jackson had little information late Thursday. But she said the agency will “continue to monitor the forecast before we finalize and implement our plans for inclement weather, which might include activating the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).”

Jackson advised MARTA customers to check the agency's websiteFacebook and Twitter accounts for the latest information.
