One lucky winner took home a $50,000 10x The Money Exclusive lottery ticket from a Peachtree Express in Lawrenceville in early October.

The lucky ticket was the only winning 10X The Money Exclusive ticket more than $600 claimed in the metro Atlanta area from July to October, according to data from the Georgia Lottery Corporation. The lottery provided data on prizes exceeding $600.

At least $107.8 million in prize money was claimed during that time from tickets sold at area stores.

All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia's HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia's Pre-K program. See winning numbers at ajc.com/lottery.
