Puns are too corny. Here’s the news:

Late Tuesday night, three railcars on a CSX train headed to Charlotte, N.C., derailed near the Main Street crossing in Tucker, CSX said.

The accident involved no injuries or hazardous materials, the company said, though it did result it corn spilled all over the ground.

“Overnight, CSX crews safely moved two railcars back on the tracks and moved the third railcar to a staging area on CSX property where it will be moved off site at a later time,” the company said in a statement Wednesday. “CSX crews have also moved the remaining railcars in the train to clear grade crossings for morning commuters.”

The cause of the derailment is under investigation.

Workers are cleaning up the corn.
