The first residents have moved into a 25-story property near Midtown’s Piedmont Park.

Yoo on the Park, located at 207 13th St., consists of 245 studio, one- and two-bedroom and penthouse apartments. It includes amenities such as an outdoor exercise terrace with Crossfit and yoga stations, a golf simulator and gaming theater and a juice bar and coffee service.

Unit size ranges from 540 to 1,923 square feet, with prices ranging from $1,550 to $5,875.

Common areas, landscaping paths and “one of the largest living Green Walls in the nation” covering the parking garage are still being completed, The Trillist Companies President and CEO Scott Leventhal announced in a Wednesday press release.

The opening comes after a slight delay; move-ins were anticipated for November.

The design was a collaboration between residential and mixed-use properties developer Trillist and London-based YOO Studio, which was founded by designer Philippe Starck and “property entrepreneur” John Hitchcox, the release said.

Icebox Cryotherapy — a center providing a sports medicine treatment intended for reducing muscle and joint injuries and increasing athletic performance — will occupy the property's sole retail space.

The business is completing build-out of the 1,100 square-foot ground-floor space. It is expected to open May 1, according to a spokeswoman. The opening will mark the second Atlanta location for Icebox, which was founded in 2012.
