The Suwanee City Council recently approved changes to the approved concept plan for Solis Phase II.

Terwilliger Pappas, in partnership with Carlyle Realty Partners and the Suwanee Downtown Development Authority, has begun construction on Solis Town Center, a modern 4-5 story mixed-use development adjacent to Suwanee Town Center.

The development will include 12,000 square feet of street level retail space fronting Buford Highway and 240-unit apartments above and adjacent to the commercial. Set on about 18 acres, the property will also feature 70 luxury townhouses to the rear.

The entire $75 million public-private development will wrap around a four-level parking deck that will provide additional public parking for visitors to Suwanee Town Center. The development is intended to complement and support the existing nearby Suwanee Town Center which currently features a 10-acre, urban-style park, 100,000 square feet of retail space and 87,000 square feet of office space.
