SUV strikes Gwinnett school bus

A Gwinnett County school bus was struck from behind by an SUV on U.S. 29 at Sweetgum Road in the Lawrenceville area, officials said Thursday morning.

No injuries were reported. There were 39 students on the bus, Gwinnett schools spokeswoman Sloan Roach said. The bus was serving Jenkins Elementary School, which is on Village Way.
