$4K stolen in car break-ins at Gwinnett park, cops say

Police are trying to identify this woman, who allegedly spent $1,200 on stolen credit cards. The cards were taken from four cars in a string of break-ins at Pinckneyville Park.

Gwinnett County police are searching for a woman who may be connected to a string of car break-ins at Pinckneyville Park in Norcross.

An unidentified suspect smashed the windows of four cars at the park on June 23, taking $4,000 in cash and items. A woman was seen using credit cards stolen from the cars shortly after the break-ins. The woman spent about $1,200, according to police.

The woman may have been driving a dark blue four-door hatchback Mercedes-Benz. She was described as being in her late 20s to early 30s, having blonde hair and wearing a camouflage dress.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
