Y’all remember that Super Bowl thing? Thought so.

Well the city got wrapped up in the hype, made some bets and then folks had to do some whacky stuff upon the Falcons' gut-wrenching overtime loss to some team from up North.

One of those bets was between theme parks, and the time has come to pay the devil his due.

Six Flags Over Georgia will make good on its word during this the start of its 50th season this weekend and change the name of its 24-story swing ride "SkyScreamer" ride to the "Patriots SkyScreamer."

The park will also serve up a limited supply of this soup they make up there — some kind of chowder with clams, if you can believe it.

If the Falcons hadn't given up the largest deficit in Super Bowl history, well it'd be folks at the Six Flags in Agawam, Massachusetts, riding the "Georgia SkyScreamer" and gobbling up peach pie. (They should be so lucky!)

The new 24-story-tall SkyScreamer extreme swing ride at Six Flags Over Georgia is the tallest attraction in the park’s 45-year history, exactly four stories taller than the Goliath mega coaster.

But, no, the president of the Georgia park will have to ride the “Patriots SkyScreamer” wearing a jersey of red, white and blue Saturday.

The ride will go back to pronouncing words without a silly Boston accent after 24 hours.
