A 20-year-old man is the second arrest made after a 19-year-old was killed in a shootout in front of a Norcross nightclub.

Oshay Howard, of Norcross, has been charged with aggravated assault possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The October shootout occurred outside Midnight Blu Cafe on Jimmy Carter Boulevard. Domiquo Riley, 19, of Snellville, was shot in the chest and died after being driven away from the club.

Christopher Parker, a 42-year-old security guard at the club, was the first arrest made in connection with the incident. The Lithonia resident was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Gwinnett County Police are still investigating the incident and expect additional arrests.
