A brewery and restaurant failed a recent health inspection, with officials noting moldy cheese stored for use in a walk-in cooler.

5 Seasons Northlocated at 3655 Old Milton Parkway, scored a 69/U following the Tuesday afternoon evaluation. There is also a 5 Seasons Prado and a 5 Seasons Westside.

According to the report, management was not knowledgeable on employee health policy.

Officials also reported grease buildup in the main kitchen and an employee prepping lettuce and avocados without a beard net (the beard was longer than half an inch).

General manager Ashley Smith said the issue stemmed from an elapsed food safety accreditation.

"The main reason our score was as it was is because one of our manager's ServSafe certifications had expired," Smith said. "But that is being renewed on Thursday, and they are coming to reinspect us on Thursday."

Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
