The Roswell City Council has approved a $236,302 contract to construct a multi-use trail along Holcomb Bridge Road (Ga. 140).
Frank Suddeth and Sons Inc. submitted the lowest bid of two for the work, to be funded out of the Sidewalk Connectivity project account. The 6- to 8-foot-wide trail would extend 1,295 feet from Terramont Drive to Calbre Creek Parkway.
The project also will relocate a section of guardrail so it can be used between the trail and travel lanes of the road.
