It’s time for Georgia students to shift their technical skills into gear.

Registration is now open for the 5th annual Georgia Gravity Games, an event sponsored by Google and Georgia Tech. The event is open for students, teachers and individuals to register here.

According to a release from Google, the games are “designed to encourage Georgia’s K-12 students to build gravity-powered, soap box derby-style cars, using STEM-related skills and concepts they learn inside the classroom.”

Those interested should register for the event by 11:59 p.m. on October 19.
