The trial resumes at its new location at the Glynn County Courthouse in Brunswick. In the intervening months, Judge Mary Staley Clark ruled that jurors would be allowed to see Harris' SUV and could view a 3D animation that the prosecution created. She also ruled that an expert witness on "Forgotten Baby Syndrome" could not give his opinion that Harris' actions were unintentional when he left Cooper in the SUV. After Hurricane Matthew came and went, the trial resumed with testimony from two employees of the Vinings Chick-fil-A, where Justin Ross Harris ate breakfast with Cooper on the morning of Cooper's death. Jurors saw this video of Harris carrying Cooper at right, and shaking hands with a Chick-fil-A employee that morning.
