Mega Millions lottery winner claims $1 million prize

The winner of $1 million cashed the Mega Millions ticket eight days after the drawing, Georgia lottery officials said.

The ticket was purchased at the Texaco Food Mart at 1410 Klondike Road in Conyers.

Winning numbers from the drawing were 1-14-21-22-28 and the Mega Ball was 19.

Mega Millions winners in Georgia have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes.

Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is an estimated $95 million to a single annuity winner.
