Glover Park will be a rocking spot during the Glover Park Concert Series, which runs until September.

If you’re heading to Glover Park tonight, get ready to shake what your mother gave you.

That's when The Headliners, a Florida wedding band, will will kick off the The City of Marietta's free Glover Park Concert Series.

Concerts are on the last Friday night of the month at 8 p.m., rain or shine. The series runs until September.

Next month is a bonus Saturday concert by the Symphony on the Square. (You may not be shaking any maternal gift at that show.)

The city parks department announced the lineup in an early March post on Facebook.

No personal tables or plastic ground coverings are permitted, but there are a limited number of tables by the stage that can be reserved on a first-come basis online. It's $55 for a table of six and $65 for a table of eight.

You can snag those at 8 a.m. the first working day of every month during the series run.
