Original story:

A Stone Mountain bistro failed a health inspection after officials said they found evidence of insects.

Ameribistro, located at 945 Hairston Rd., received a 68 on the Monday inspection, according to the inspector's report.

The inspector noted finding a dead roach on top of a freeze and insect “parts” and feces on a shelf above the freezer.

The report says swai, a white, flaky fish, was being advertised on the menu as catfish.
