Hapeville’s LCI/Comprehensive Plan update takes off

The City of Hapeville is undertaking a study that will focus on guiding future growth throughout the city, focused on

creating a vibrant, walkable, connected, and mixed use downtown area. This project - the Hapeville LCI Major Plan

Update - will build from previous Livable Centers Initiative plans, the Comprehensive Plan and various studies, resulting in a master plan update that brings various stakeholders together to form a unified vision and implementation action plan for the ultimate enhancement of the city of Hapeville. The Mayor and Council have contracted with the Sizemore Group to complete the plan.
