AMC Sugarloaf Mills 18 is the only metro Atlanta theater that has AMC’s newest “luxury movie experience,” the company announced.

The Lawrenceville theater now has Dolby Cinema, a movie experience with enhanced audio, images and “innovative seating,” according to an AMC release.

The experience is part of partnership with Dolby Laboratories. The enhanced images have “astonishing brightness, contrast, and captivating color,” and the new sound system provides “breathtaking realism” for viewers, the release said.

The theaters with this technology also have “high-power” recliners that “pulsate with the action,” the release said. Seats can be reserved, so you can have the vantage point of your choice.

Find the movies you can see in Dolby Cinema at AMC's website.
