Original story:

A Mexican restaurant on the Gwinnett-DeKalb county line failed its recent health inspection after officials noted hand-washing and training problems.

The sink at Taqueria Si Senor had no soap or paper towels when a health inspector stopped by Tuesday, according to the report.

The establishment received a 62/U score.

The person in charge of the restaurant, located at 7131 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in the Norcross area, also wasn't present at the start of the inspection.

The inspector also docked the eatery because it couldn't be proven that kitchen employees were trained in employee health safety, and because a cook was eating at the grill.

The phone number listed online for the restaurant appeared to be disconnected Wednesday.
