A Norcross family has been displaced after a tree fell on their home Tuesday morning, according to Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services.

The home was deemed “uninhabitable,” according to Capt. Tommy Rutledge. Firefighters responded to a call about a tree falling on a house on Second Street shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday.

No one was injured by the fallen tree, but the damage was severe. The American Red Cross is assisting the three-person family that resided in the home, Rutledge said.
