Grub is a Vinings Business of the Year finalist, plus others

Finalists for the “2016 Vinings Business or Organization of the Year” award given by the Vinings Business Association range from a bank to a burger bar.

The finalists are Vinings Village Civic Club, Vinings Rotary Club, Curves of Vinings, Grub Burger Bar Vinings and Fidelity Bank Vinings.

The contenders are invited to speak and share success stories at a Nov. 1 event for which the public may pre-register online.

The winner, selected by the VBA Board of Directors, will be announced at a Dec. 3 luncheon.

The finalists have "contributed to the overall character and charm of our business culture and lifestyle," VBA President Charles Rea said in a release.

“We want to congratulate these businesses or organizations for being recognized as members of the Vinings community and for their participation in many activities that promote Vinings," Rea said.
