A husband who surprised his wife with pregnancy news after a vasectomy welcomed the couple’s fourth child into the world on Thursday.

Last August, father Tim Brummel of Atlanta posted a video on YouTube about their unlikely pregnancy.

The excited dad starts the clip by explaining how he surprised his wife, Rachel King Brummel, with the news because he didn’t think he could get her pregnant after a vasectomy.

But, when his wife "acted pregnant," with symptoms of nausea, hunger and feeling tired, Tim called a doctor who said it was possible.

The happy parents are thrilled with the unexpected gift, a fourth son whom they named Merrit Andrew Brummel.

“We had found out that the name Merrit meant ‘the little famous one’ and it just seemed to fit,” Tim said.
