The Fulton County board of commissioners recently approved professional services for airport consulting and engineering services in the amount of $376,760 with Michael Baker International Inc. of Norcross. Among other tasks, the company will provide construction management services for the north terminal area improvements at Fulton County Airport-Brown Field.

Commissioners also approved requests of the Department of Arts & Culture for contracts between Fulton County and and Chattahoochee Nature Center lnc. and Cochran Mill Nature Center and Arboretum Inc. Each contract is in the amount of $100,000 for environmental education services, upon execution through Dec. 31. The funds have been identified and are available in the Department of Arts & Culture’s fiscal year 2017 budget.
