A 24-year-old New Jersey man was arrested Tuesday in Atlanta, FBI officials said.

Raheem Rudd is charged with murder in connection with the Jan. 22 shooting of 16-year-old Kevin Barber, FBI Atlanta spokesman Stephen Emmett said in a news release.

Rudd is also accused of shooting three other teenagers, who all survived, at the John Hyatt Court Complex, a Newark Housing Authority-run facility, according to NJ.com.
