Of the many positions that need to be filled at Mercedes-Benz Stadium before it soon opens, a select few will surely interest those in the food industry.

Those job seekers should plan to attend an upcoming hiring event for some of the new downtown Atlanta facility's concessions positions.

Outfits including Kevin Gillespie's GamechangerFox Bros. Bar-B-QConcentrics RestaurantsDelia's Chicken Sausage StandAntico Pizza and Castellucci Hospitality Group will be looking for new hires, according to a press release.

The event is to be held Aug. 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Twelve Hotel in Atlantic Station.

Red Beard Restaurants’ Gamechanger is seeking cooks, cashiers and food runners for the eatery. It’s expected to open in late August behind the western end zone on the 200 level and will serve items including the brand’s “Closed on Sunday” chicken sandwich, cheddar cheese steaks and fries by the half-pound.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is expected to open in time for the inaugural football game on Aug. 26.

The stadium will be serving several food options, including nachos that take 16 hours to make.
