Starting July 13, the Fayette County Board of Commissioners will begin its meetings at 6:30 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

The board approved the change earlier this year as a means of helping meetings end sooner in the evening. All meetings will still take place at the Administrative Complex at 140 Stonewall Ave. West in downtown Fayetteville.

The meetings are also streamed live online through a link at www.fayettecountyga.gov; the website also has links to past meetings on video and the full agenda packets and minutes for each meeting.
