At a city council meeting earlier this month, East Point approved the alcohol license for Nancy’s Pizza, a new business located at 3360 Shelby Lane. The business is owned by Gregory Cole, incorporated as Opium Restaurants, doing business as Nancy’s Pizza, and has applied for an alcohol license for consumption on premises for malt beverages, wine, and distilled spirits. The council’s vote to approve was unanimous.

Cole previously owned a Nancy’s Pizza restaurant in Buckhead, which has since closed.
