The city of Dunwoody, in cooperation with Trees Atlanta, is hosting a Volunteer Day 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Pernoshal Park, 4575 North Shallowford Road. Volunteers from around the community are needed to come and help plant trees around the park.

The city is sponsoring the tree planting to help beautify the community and provide shade and other important environmental benefits. Anyone interested in volunteering can sign up by following the link below.
