Please note that this is during the Piedmont Park Arts Festival!
The intersection of 10th and Piedmont will be shut down from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 19 for filming of a reality show by Queer Eye Production. This Piedmont Park Arts Festival will also be taking place at that time.
ITV America Production Company will be filming talent walking and posing along 10th and Piedmont, also know as the Pride intersection.
There will be a cast and crew of about 20 people and a small scale unit with one or two technical vehicles.
Traffic restrictions: South curb parking lane closure on 10th Street NE between Piedmont Avenue NE and Myrtle Street NE , one lane from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 19.
The sidewalk will be closed on 10th Street NE between Piedmont Avene NE and Myrtle Street NE from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Aug. 19. Sidewalks will also be closed on Piedmont Avene NE between 10th Street NE and 8th Street NE during the same time.
Police officers will be present on site and will be directing traffic at all times during the closure period. The production will provide access for businesses, residents and driveways at all times.
