The Doraville City Council will hold a public hearing during the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Doraville City Hall, 3725 Park Ave. The hearing is for a rezoning request from Brian Alcocer, who is seeking a conditional use permit to operate a thrift and consignment store at 3715 Northcrest Road.
The council will also vote to decide a variance request for which a hearing was held two weeks ago. Stephen Macauley for Nexus Development wants a variance to reduce the stream buffer setback requirements for 5597 Buford Highway.
