An Alpharetta bakery and Indian diner failed its recent health inspection after being cited for excessive dirty dishes and build-ups of debris along the kitchen’s walls and floors.

Hot Breads, located at 5530 Windward Parkway, received a 65/U earlier this week from the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness.

Inspection reports also state that employees did not wear hair nets in the main kitchen. Dirty dishes were reported as being piled too high in the kitchen's prep sink. Wet wiping cloths were seen on the counter tops; the wiping cloths are supposed to be in sanitizing solutions.

A co-owner of the restaurant told the AJC Thursday he declined to comment about the recent restaurant inspection score. Restaurants that have low scores are generally re-inspected 10 days.
