Drive over a pothole at 3 a.m.? In Doraville, you don’t have to wait until business hours to complain about it.

The city has launched the new “Doraville at Your Service” program, allowing residents to put in service requests at any hour of the day. Residents can use an app or website to report issues like code violations and potholes, or request new services, including bulk item pickup and trash container replacement, according to a city release.

Residents can make these online requests by downloading the iWorQ Service Request App from the App Store or Google Play, or by logging on to talktomycity.com. Doraville's agency code is Dor01. Users must create an account to submit a request.

Do not use “Doraville at Your Service” to report emergencies, city officials warn. In addition to calling 911, Doraville residents can also text 911. For water and sewer emergencies, call the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management’s emergency line at 770-270-6243.
