Gwinnett County police are searching for two men who took a pair of diamond earrings from a Buford Sam’s Club.

The men went to the store near the Mall of Georgia on Thursday, Feb. 1. They spent about an hour browsing the jewelry counter before asking a saleswoman to see a pair of diamond earrings, which had a retail value of $1,800.

The woman held up the earrings, and a suspect snatched them from her hand. The two ran from the Buford Drive store in different directions,

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
