DeKalb County police on Tuesday released the names of two men killed in a suspected murder-suicide near Stone Mountain Park.

Seeah Rosa, 27, allegedly turned a gun on himself after killing Dallas Brown, 35, in the driveway of a home just south of the park, according to a police report.

Police have said the shooting, which happened Friday around 9:45 p.m. on Rock Shadow Court, was related to a dispute over money.

The report said Brown and another man were playing basketball when Rose walked up and shot Brown. The other man was shot in the leg.

He told police Rosa shot himself in the head.

On Facebook, Rosa posted photos of a baby, which be doted on, as well as a photo of himself at a gun range.

Brown was a personal trainer, avid motorcyclist, and, "most of all, he was an incredible father, husband, son, and brother, his obituary said.

Officers mainly near Moreland Ave in DeKalb are handing out citations, educating people so they know how they can keep the area clean.
