Construction has begun on the new 985 Lanier Logistics Center project at Georgia State Route 13 and Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the project, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
The 985 Lanier Logistics project is comprised of three Class A industrial buildings totaling 615,572 square feet. The 44-acre project will accommodate tenant suites ranging from 25,000 to 236,000 square feet. The facility, with easy access to Interstates 985 and 85.has the potential to create between 250 and 350 new jobs.

The developer of the project is McCraney Property Company and the general contractor is Evans General Contractors.
