2 charged in homicide at Underground Atlanta

Two people are facing murder charges in connection with a shooting at Underground Atlanta in 2016, police said.

Deangelo Rosser, 24, and Kaila Ruff, 21, were arrested in the 2900 block of Springdale Road on Wednesday, FBI Atlanta spokesman Stephen Emmett said. They are accused of killing 34-year-old Jerron Ramsey on Nov. 19 on Alabama Street.

Ramsey was shot multiple times as was another victim, who survived the injuries, Emmett said.
