Brixmor Property Group, an owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, has relocated its regional office and 50 jobs to one of its properties, Holcomb Bridge Crossing in Roswell.

Brixmor moved into 12,000 square feet in the PGA TOUR Superstore at 1005 Holcomb Woods Parkway, near Holcomb Bridge and Old Alabama roads, on Jan. 26. PGA TOUR continues to occupy 51,000 square feet, according to Roswell Inc, economic development arm for the city of Roswell.

Brixmor owns and operates more than 500 retail centers around the country, including 25 in metro Atlanta.

“This project is a great story of finding a creative solution to repurpose big box retail space,” said Steve Stroud, executive director of Roswell Inc.
