Atlanta residents can learn about and provide feedback on several road projects during second rounds of public meetings held by the city of Atlanta and Atlanta City Council.
- A public meeting about the Lawton Street resurfacing project takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. May 31 at West Hunter Street Baptist Church, 1040 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd., S.W.
- An open house about the Wieuca Road and Phipps Boulevard roundabout project is from 6 to 8 p.m. June 7 at Wieuca Road Baptist Church, 3626 Peachtree Road, N.E.
- A meeting about the Fairburn Complete Street project is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. June 22 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 17 Fairburn Rd., S.W.
There will be displays about the projects’ potential impacts to adjacent properties, according to information from Renew Atlanta, a $250 million infrastructure improvement program for the City of Atlanta.
