Atlanta police are searching for a "runaway juvenile” who has not been seen since Saturday night, according to a news release.

Arasely Jimenez-Vasquez, 12, left home without permission with a family friend, Armando Aguilar, police said. Aguilar has yet to bring her back after being contacted by police, police said.

Arasely is five feet three inches tall and 120 pounds. The teen was last seen wearing blue jeans and a maroon shirt in the 2000 block of Dearwood Drive SW in south Atlanta about 10 p.m. Saturday.

Aguilar drives a red four-door vehicle, possibly a Toyota.

Anyone with information may contact the Atlanta Police Department’s youth squad unit at 404-546-4260.
