On Saturday, DeKalb County Animal Services will join more than 700 shelters across the country for the national “Clear the Shelters” fee-waived adoption event.

Along with the waived fees, the animals adopted will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated at no charge, the county said in a news release. All adopters will also receive coupons for $200 in veterinary services from VIP Petcare.

The shelter is located at 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Chamblee.
